
BUNDT CAKE
Take a simple cake mix and elevate it with the rich, velvety flavor of Cup of Coa. Moist, tender, and decadently chocolate-kissed, this bundt is a canvas for creativity—drizzle with ganache, fill it with marshmallow fluff for a s’mores twist, or layer cherry pie filling for a Black Forest delight. Every slice is indulgence made simple.
Ingredients
- Yellow or white cake mix
- 2/3 cup Cup of Coa
NOTES
Can be baked in bundt, loaf or regular shaped cake pans.
Garnish ideas:
- For elegant presentation, very simply drip Cup of Coa ganache around sides of bundt
- Fill center of bundt with marshmallow fluff, drizzle outside with ganache, sprinkle with graham crumbs and top with graham square for S’mores bundt
- Black forest: fill with cherry pie filling and top with chocolate whipped cake frosting (can mix Cup of Coa into Cool Whip for very simple option!)
Instructions
To a single box of your favorite yellow or white cake mix, add 2/3 cup Cup of Coa. Mix as instructed.
